**NEW** If you’re a residential or small business customer that pays Time-of-Use (TOU) electricity prices, you can choose to switch to Tiered prices beginning November 1, 2020. Beginning May 1, 2023 you can choose the Ultra Low Overnight (ULO) Time-of Use prices
With TOU and ULO , the price you pay depends on when you use electricity. With Tiered prices, you can use a certain amount of electricity each month at a lower price. Once that limit is exceeded, a higher price applies.
If you want to continue paying TOU prices, no action is required. If you would like to learn more about your pricing options, visit www.oeb.ca/choice.

Electricity Prices for November 1, 2024
These prices will appear on the Electricity line of your bill and are only for the electricity you use. They do not include other charges like delivery. If you have a contract with an electricity retailer, you pay the price agreed upon in the contract, not the price set by the OEB.
*Ontario has introduced new bill relief. The Ontario Electricity Rebate was implemented on November 1, 2019 to reduce your bills. The provincial rebate in effect November 1, 2024 is 13.1% and is applied to your electricity charges. Learn more at OEB.ca

Call before you dig! If you are digging a hole deeper than 30 cm (12 inches) you require a locate to ensure there are no underground power lines. Accidently digging into one of these lines can be very dangerous and expensive.
