At Sioux Lookout Hydro, safety is our top priority. Our commitment to safety goes beyond our employees and operations—it extends to our customers, stakeholders, and the community we proudly serve. To help promote electrical safety awareness and protect community well-being, we are inviting residents to participate in our Public Electrical Safety Survey.
The survey includes six short questions focused on the most common incidents involving electrical equipment. It takes only a few minutes to complete, and your participation is greatly appreciated.
**NEW** If you’re a residential or small business customer that pays Time-of-Use (TOU) electricity prices, you can choose to switch to Tiered prices beginning November 1, 2020. Beginning May 1, 2023 you can choose the Ultra Low Overnight (ULO) Time-of Use prices
With TOU and ULO , the price you pay depends on when you use electricity. With Tiered prices, you can use a certain amount of electricity each month at a lower price. Once that limit is exceeded, a higher price applies.
If you want to continue paying TOU prices, no action is required. If you would like to learn more about your pricing options, visit www.oeb.ca/choice.
Access your online account here to make the switch. Don’t have an online account? You can download the election form here and email it to info@siouxlookouthydro.com. Questions? Give us a call at 1-807-737-3800.
