PAYING YOUR BILL:

Payments can be made at the Sioux Lookout Hydro office during regular business hours. We accept cash, cheque, debit card, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Please present the entire invoice to the cashier.
After hours you can drop a cheque or money order in the Town Of Sioux Lookout’s drop off box located outside the town office.
THROUGH YOUR BANK:
Payments can be made by telephone or internet banking, at any participating bank, trust company, and credit union or ATM machine. It’s as simple as taking your bill to your financial institution and they will set your account up for payments.
PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT:
With Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), you will still receive your monthly bill, only there is an automatic withdraw from your chequing or savings account on the Due Date with any bank, Trust Company or Credit Union

If you don’t have access to a printer, you can come into the Sioux Lookout Hydro office during regular office hours and we will be happy to assist you in completing the appropriate form.
The advantages of Pre-Authorized Debit Payments are that it eliminates the hassle of remembering to pay your bill by the due date, and incurring unnecessary late payment charges!
EQUAL BILLING PLAN:
The equal billing plan service provides convenience for budgeting and eliminates high seasonal utility bills. For 11 months, you will be billed for the same amount and on the 12th month, you are billed the balance on your account or you receive a credit on your account depending on your utility usage.
- Your account must be in good standing
- Only available for residential customers
***Equal Billing Plan starts May and the settle up bill would be in April.
